Getting started Keyword tool

Our keyword tool is the perfect way to find the right keywords for your website or blog. With our tool, you can:

  • Generate a list of targeted keywords based on your seed term
  • View CPC, competition, and search volume for each keyword
  • Filter, sort, and export your results
  • Expand your searches to drill down into subtopics or evaluate the SERPs for your selected terms

To get started, simply enter your seed term in the search field. Processing may take several minutes, but your results will be saved in your history below the search bar for you to come back to. You can also access historical results and filter by project from the keyword tool main page.

Results can be sorted, filtered, and exported from the results page after they have been generated.

  1. Pre-defined filters
  2. Include and exclude custom words from the results
  3. Select terms to Analyse SERP’s, generate sub-lists or download your results

Here are some tips for using our keyword tool:

  • Be as specific as possible when entering your seed term. The more specific your seed term, the more targeted your keyword ideas will be.
  • Use negative filters to exclude irrelevant terms from your results. For example, if you’re a lawyer, you might want to use the negative keyword “free” to exclude results for free legal advice.
  • Use the sort options to narrow down your results. You can sort your results by CPC, competition, search volume, and more.
  • Use long-tail keywords to target a more specific audience. Long-tail keywords are more specific and have less competition than short-tail keywords.
  • Use the SERPs to evaluate the potential of your keywords. The SERPs can give you an idea of how competitive a keyword is and how well it’s performing.
